Beta updates broke for some yesterday with the new update on start system, if you are having problems updating in the latest beta, either use "Help -> Check for update" or manually download the beta and overwrite your old AdiIRC.exe with this one.
Sorry for any inconveniences.

A little info for those with a website/project that needs their own default server settings.
Solution 1, create a config.ini which you package with AdiIRC.exe in your own installer.
Solution 2, contact me and I can provide you with the nullsoft installer script I use for my own installer. (I will put it online soon)
Solution 3, I have a system in place for creating custom installers which then gets updated whenever I make a new release, you can contact me to hear more about that.
Also note that if users have admin rights to the AdiIRC folder (windows xp, running AdiIRC.exe from a folder they own etc) the config.ini will be read from the same directory, if they don't have access, config.ini will be read from %LOCALAPPDATA%AdiIRC so an installer should put the config file both places.
