2.6 released

This is a bug-fix release which fixes some of the nasty bugs introduced in 2.5, such as:

Channels sometimes doesn't work if nick is changed during connect or when reconnecting
Some users are not removed properly from the Nicklist
Channel prefix for nicks in messages doesn't work unless nick colors are enabled

Lately bugs is only discovered after a release, so I will go back to releasing faster minor bug-fix releases for the stable version again.
